New building, great and super location just next door to many restaurants and shops, Georgia, and the center of Tbilisi. Exceptionally comfortable beds, cozy room. Nice and perfect staff onsite.

The accommodation's central location was super convenient, close to the old town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the guest house was brand new and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tbilisi.
